Recently incompetent intellectual uses English in Japan.
    They scam you like superflat theory.
    It means lowbrow wants to get foreign reputation.
    They want to unfairly authorize its non-good art by re-importing using foreign worship.
    But real highbrows stay in Japan unknown around the foreign society.
